Domino's Pizza - Wytheville

The pizza was overcooked and burned, and I felt it wasn't worth the price I paid. At $16 for one medium pizza, I won't be ordering from them again.

It seems that the 50% off deal comes with a 50% reduction in toppings. I requested plates and napkins, but they were never provided, and there were no condiments either.

Terrible experience! One of my pizzas was burnt and smothered in oregano, making it completely inedible. The other two pizzas barely had any toppings. When I called to speak with the manager, she was rude and sarcastic; she never apologized for my poor experience and refused to provide her supervisor's name for me to file a complaint. I was advised to leave a comment on their website instead. As a manager myself, I believe anyone would be fired for treating a customer the way she treated me. She definitely needs additional training.

This was by far the craziest encounter for sure! The poor girl that answered, the phone had no sense of direction whatsoever! She first told me they would deliver nine minutes out of Wytheville. when I questioned how far towards Rural Retreat she just kept saying nine minutes out of Wytheville, so I looked up myself different addresses to meet off of RT 11. She told me it was 12 minutes to the McDonald’s in Rural Retreat. So I suggested the Apple house on route 11 which actually has a Wytheville address. She told me no that it did not, and they would not deliver there. I looked at the address of myself, give it to her, and she still insisted that no they would not, but yet told me that they would deliver at the trailer park here in Rural Retreat…. I even asked her if she was certain but she didn’t have her computer upside down or something. She just kept stuttering around was very short and rude so we decided to take our business elsewhere.

I really want to give a huge Thank You to Haley at this Domino's location. I'm not real big on giving reviews no matter how good or bad the service may be anywhere I go. But before I even have a bite of the pizza I ordered I will give a 5 star review just of the service she gave to me. Haley your awesome and it's people like you that makes a difference in the choices I decide to make on where I will go to eat next. You just earned a loyal customer forever. Keep doing what your doing.
