Kfc - Wyre

We visited KFC Cleveleys at 3.40pm.... a nice quiet time but we hadn 't had lunch and decided to combine it with our evening meal. Despite being the only person at the counter in a virtually empty shop, it took five minutes before anyone bothered to take my order. Having taken my order and payment, I was told that the mini fillets would be 7 minutes which was fine as they would be piping hot. Eleven minutes later a lady who appeared to be in charge remonstrated with someone in the kitchen area saying the gentleman has been told the mini fillets would be 7 minutes; it 's now 11 minutes and you haven 't even put them in yet! A really pleasant young lady came and told me it would be another 7 minutes. Bearing in mind the bags of fries and the popcorn chicken had now been out for more than 20 minutes..... it was 4.02pm..... and there was no sign of anymore being cooked, I requested a refund. The lady member of staff apologised and refunded me the money I had paid and I left and McDonald 's down the road benefitted from our custom. Absolute rubbish service from KFC Cleveleys!!

Cleveleys KFC has rarely ever been a great experience with the long queues and closing the shop early when it suits. Have also been avoiding the place with the most recent poor 2 hygiene rating but was hoping that they would have rectified this. But here we go yet again, happy to let you queue FOREVER to announce NO CHICKEN!!! REALLY ? It's the foundation of your business. And the hand sanitiser station is just some useless prop. May aswell remove it if you can't even be bothered to fill it. Our experience the time before this they were barracading the doors letting nobody in, drove to Fleetwood instead and they had closed early. As my child wanted their treat I drove out to Blackpool tonight to make it happen and the staff said yeah Cleveleys always run out. Wont be writing to Head Office for their usual standard and lame reply. Seem just happy to take your money and business and customer service is so non existent from this company!

Just had a delivery from this joke of a KFC.. items were missing, and the person on the friend when we called to complain said... it s your.word against ours... unbelievable....

This is the second time my husband has visited the Cleveleys KFC and it was to get lunch for my grandson and himself. They never seem to get the orders right always something missing. Staff need training to check all orders. Would not care if the shop was usy but no one in. Will not be going again unless they start checking orders.

If I could give 0 they’d have that. They took the order and confirmed delivery. Estimated 20:25…. It’s currently 21:40 and the store is now closed. They have my money, I have no food. JustEat are as much to blame as KFC. I know...
