We returned a vacuum cleaner without a box without a receipt we delt with Christine on customer service I have never met anyone so helpful in my life she to heaven and hell to help us I cannot praise her enough God bless her

A well stocked store but the managers need accountability training for when issues arise Response to ASDAs reply: You advise that you will get this raised for improvements but surely you want to take more information from me first? For example the problems I have experienced with staff? Response to ASDAs 2nd reply: We visited the store on Saturday 20th September to complete a full grocery shop. When we got home we found a number of small flies inside a pack of sealed mushrooms. We contacted the store directly that evening and at first they offered a £10 gift card, which upon reflection was unsatisfactory as there could have been contamination onto the rest of the fresh food which we had to dispose of out of principle. With this in mind we called the store again the next day and spoke to the manager of food who made accusations that we were irate which couldn 't be further from the truth. I think given the circumstances we were very polite. The manager made the excuse that the supplier is at fault for this issue, however we purchased the item from your store and the appropriate quality checks should have been carried out in store to ensure this did not happen. We visited the store today to provide video proof of the issue and we were given a gift card which more than covered the fresh food which had to be binned. More accusations were made about our attitude which again is simply untrue. It is regrettable that we were informed that the calls to the store are not recorded.

Great products at great prices. Though the shelves looked a little empty in places there was still plenty of choice.

Wide isles, sensible layout, usually well stocked unless going towards the end of the day. Plenty of parking spaces available
