Przekaż informację zwrotnąI am absolutely disgusted with the service in the Kidderminster cafe this morning (Sunday 12th November). Firstly, the cafe was not very clean, the coffee machine was broken and the wait time was more than expected. There was a queue of three couples in front of us and a man had to shout can we be served before someone came to the desk to serve us. But what disgusted me was the staff attitude. Every single member of staff had a face like thunder and wanted to do ANYTHING BUT help the customers. An elderly couple struggled to find the tea and a lady huffed at them when she had to help them. In all honesty I struggled to find the tea facilities and I am a woman in her twenties!!! Secondly, a man who clearly had additional needs walked in to the cafe and the staff were reluctant to serve him. They were pushing each other as in ‘you go and serve him I don’t want to’ like children. I was outraged. This poor man struggled to find the tea facilities and he shouted ‘can somebody help me’ 10 times. In the end myself and my friend helped him make his tea. A waitress came over and thanked me for helping him. I said well it’s not hard to be nice. I would have passed this all over to a manager if somebody could have found them!!! There wasn’t a manager to be seen in the two hours I was there. I have emailed Morrison’s once I got home and formed an official complaint. Disgusting behaviour I have never witnessed such discrimination and vile attitudes. I wonder if the staff would treat their elders or family with additional needs the same!!!! DO BETTER. Morrisons please provide your staff with better training towards the elderly and those with additional needs and teach your staff how to be kind!!!! It’s not hard.
I recently visited Morrison's cafe and had a delicious bacon sandwich and afternoon tea. The staff was friendly and pleasant, and the tables were clean and well-maintained.
Had sausage on roll x 2.was burnt asked for replacement. Brought replacement with an attitude. was also burnt but not as bad.told go and get money back.anyway we kept the second lot.did not taste nice st all.person taking money was coughing her head off.she should not be near food also should have mask on.lot of tables with trays left on them.tables were not clean.will not be back.
Not much gluten free choices coffee machines need attention to make coffee hotter tables not being cleaned regularly food and litter left on floor under and around tables sausages I had looked like yesterday's left overs no sign saying where to order gluten free meals only sign is by the till
We had a cream tea which was delicious. And the pot of tea was lovely too. You get half a round of either ham or egg sandwich and a scone, jam and cream and pot of tea for only £2.99.... **** bargain and it was all lovely quality....well done morrisons. You made my old friend very happy!!!!!
