Kfc - Wyre Forest

I have used this two-g since its opening, the service (for me) is consistently good. the food is great, and if I had come and wait in an invigorated time, the workers apologized and offered me to compensate for extra or a bottle of pop. I'm not sure where the negative was, or how long before, but their experience doesn't seem to reflect me. Perhaps this will offer a little balance.

We discovered a hair cooked into the batter of one of our chicken pieces!!! I emailed the complaints team two days ago and have not received a response yet. The customer service is absolutely disgusting!!!!

Several items were missing from our order, including a corn on the cob, sauces, and drinks. I had to bring this to the attention of a staff member, which resulted in a delay that made the meal cold. There were no napkins available in the dispensers. When I requested to speak with the manager, I was informed that he was too busy to come out. Upon attempting to use the ladies' toilets, I found them to be in a deplorable state, with both toilets clogged with toilet paper and unable to flush. I was so dissatisfied with my experience that I contacted customer service the following day, March 31st, 2019. The representative was polite and assured me that they would send a voucher and notify the area manager. I recommend that the restaurant appoint a new manager and adequately train their staff to ensure a more pleasant dining experience. The manager should also take note of customer feedback like mine. I plan to report my concerns to the local council.

I visited the drive-thru and would not recommend it if you are in a rush. It took a long time to place my order, pay, and receive my meal. The restaurant needs better management.

9.40 pm on Thursday. no dirty Louisiana, no burgers, no burritos, no rice boxes.....no explanation. This kfc has regularly been short of items in the past. was this just laziness due to closing in 20 mins or a kfc policy?
