Superior Dining Services - Wyomissing

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, which made for a nice atmosphere. We both enjoyed our main courses; I had the rack of lamb, and my wife chose the chicken Normandy, both of which were excellent. However, I had requested a bottle of champagne for the table. They confirmed the order, but when we arrived, there was no champagne waiting for us. Unfortunately, the bathrooms were rather unclean. For dessert, we were quite disappointed. My wife mentioned she would have preferred the lava cake from Applebee's over what we had here. I ordered the crème brûlée, but it had way too much sugar on top. The sugar wasn’t fully melted, and the parts that were melted were burnt.

My wife and I were in town for the Berks Jazz Fest and decided to stop by this restaurant on Friday night (March 31) before the show. We started with the calamari and oysters, and they were fantastic. For our main course, we both chose the filet, which was cooked perfectly. The wine selection was impressive as well. We enjoyed our meal so much that we made reservations for Saturday. This time, we both ordered the tuna, and it was excellent once again. I also want to mention our waitress, Tonya, who served us both evenings—she truly knows her craft. We can't wait to return in 2024!

I encountered poor management during my visit. There was a server error with my order submission, and it was still included on my bill. I've visited this restaurant many times, but I have decided not to return.

Good White Sangrias, in generous sized glasses. Food was good. Ordered Lamb Lollipops and Fillet Crostini. The appetizers were the stars of the night. For dinner we ordered the Kobe Wagyu Tomahawk steak and extra Lobster Tail. For some reason I got two small tails, which I thought was kind of odd. The Lobster was okay. Steak was well seasoned and perfectly cooked. Not sure I’d pay $96 for it again. Substituted asparagus for Brussel sprouts. Delicious. My wife ordered the Frenched Chicken. Tasted fine. I think they could come up with a better option though for chicken for their menu. Dessert was lava cake. Overall, it was our first time here so we splurged. But I don’t think I’d return because of the steep prices.
