Red Lobster - Wyomissing

We ordered an appetizer and two entrees and and a cocktail with one of the entrees being an Ultimate feast which came out with everything cold except the fries. So the lobster, steak and shrimp Alfredo was cold and I was told it was because the cook was waiting on the fries which to me don’t make a lot of sense because the fries are the least important part of the meal so we waited almost 30 minutes to get a cold $45 dish. It was sent back for that reason and it took almost the same time to receive the remake. By this time my wife decided that she no longer wanted to eat the meal there and asked to have it boxed because I had already finished mine and she just wanted to leave. I understand that there will be times that things happen but what bothered me even more is that the manager knew there was a problem and couldn’t even take the time to come over to our table and show any empathy or apologize for the short comings of her staff. It was only when the server requested that she come over to the table did she decide to walk over which to me was a poor showing of customer service in my opinion for a party of two with a potential hundred dollar plus tab. In closing it’s not always the problem that occurs but how the problem is handled when it occurs. PLEASE DO BETTER!!!!

2024Wyomissing Red Lobster! Is absolutely delicious when it comes to seafood, and we attend when they have their specials, like Lobster Fest AYCE shrimp fest my favorite). It was approximately $20 a person when we last dined, absolute steal, and I later read online they actually lost money, therefore most likely they are going to raise, probably app $25, still a great deal, for i think if my memory serves, 6 different delicious varieties. Very over-rated. This place has gone down hill over the years. Quality of food is just ok. Almost like something you could take from freezer cook and serve at home.

Haven’t been to this location in a while and it did not disappoint. We were seated right away and waitress was fast and friendly. Our food didn’t take too long and everything was delicious. Our steak was cooked perfectly.

I had an enjoyable experience here. I ordered the soy-ginger salmon bowl and it was excellent! Our waitress was personable and the service was great.
