Outback Steakhouse - Wyomissing

Ordered shrimp Alfredo and it was dry. The manager changed our order and the salmon came raw. Literally raw. Will not return here. Save yourself and go to Texas Roadhouse.

We waited for over 45 mins for our food and then the steaks were not cooked properly and actually they were even so burnt that they were black. I used the a1 sauce to cover the gross flavor. Another steak was also burnt black and tasted as if it were bad with a chemical taste. The waitress was distracted and super fake. It was like she was trying to be nice and was not actually.

We had a wonderful dining experience and our server, Xyraiha was amazing!

I was there on Saturday, and had great service! Madison the SA was so sweet, she made my night. Definitely made me want to come back!! I went back again today and Rita the hostess was so warm and welcoming. I definitely recommend bringing your family here, the employees are great and such wonderful help :

The food was delicious. The servers were polite and foods came out at the right times.
