Pizza Hut Express - Wylie

Awful experience!!! They not only got our order wrong, but we witnessed a staff member sniffing his hands while handling the pizza. It was a hassle to get a refund for a pizza we didn’t order, and they also forgot half of our order. I highly recommend avoiding this pizza place. It was truly a disastrous experience!

This pizza place really needs improvement! Every time I place an order, there's always an issue. Today, everything finally made sense! I requested delivery, but my order was canceled by the store. I tried calling, but there was no answer. When I arrived at the store, I found that there was no manager on duty, and it was being run by inexperienced employees who couldn't assist me or the other customers waiting ahead of me. I sincerely hope the management will take steps to improve the operation of this business.

I’m not sure what the future holds for me in this pizza business, but I’m eager to dive in today. I genuinely love my work and the people I serve. I’m committed to doing everything I can to make things better because it's essential for my customers to be happy. After all, I can’t enjoy my life without their satisfaction. I have little patience for those who don’t take this seriously!

This Pizza Hut is THE WORST AT DELIVERY. Can't deliver on time, and apparently can't answer the phone for an order to be cancelled either. They've started using DOORDASH to deliver their pizzas, which adds an extra 30-45 minutes to delivery time. What they DON'T TELL YOU is that your food is SITTING AT PIZZA HUT WAITING TO BE PICKED UP AND DELIVERED BY DOORDASH THIS WHOLE ENTIRE TIME. Worst part? Management DOES NOT CARE. They could care less if they lose you as a customer. And for what it's worth, this has happened THREE TIMES to me. Well, 3rd strike is the out. Good bye Pizza Hut. You might have the best fast food style delivery pizza, but your service, delivery, and management SUCK.

Easy enough. I ordered online and did curbside pick up. I don 't have the app so I just ordered online and then clicked the I 'm here button on my confirmation e-mail. My order was brought out within 1-2 mins. About 1/2 of cheese pizza was overdone and brown. *the hamburger tastes and looks more like sausage but when I called to talk about the cheese pizza they explained that is just the way theirs tastes. They were quick to offer a replacement for the overdone pizza.
