The meat had a good flavor, but it was served at room temperature. The sides were average; the potato casserole was tasty but, again, not hot, and the mac and cheese looked like it had been sitting out for a while. The sandwiches, priced at $10, came on room temperature grocery store buns, and the BBQ sauce available on the tables was also not heated. I have a personal preference for peach cobbler that's less doughy, and the ice bin was empty during my visit. We ordered three sandwiches, three sides, one tea, and two waters, and ultimately our bill came to $45. While the staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant could benefit from a few fundamental improvements to be more competitive: primarily, they need to serve hot food! It would also help to offer a meat-and-two-sides plate option, a senior discount, and a children's meal, as well as to tidy up the menu board and include more condiments than just pickles. I might consider giving it another try next year, but for now, we'll take our business elsewhere. Best of luck to them!

My family, including Michael, Micah, and I, visited Linke’s on the eve of Valentine’s Day, and we had the most amazing experience! The barbecue was the best I’ve ever had. I've never tasted brisket or ribs that were this tender and delicious. All the sides were homemade and outstanding. Momma’s peach cobbler was so good that I had to buy more to take home! We will definitely return for more. The service was warm and friendly, too!
