Crumbl Cookies Wylie

My first time at crumbl in Wylie. Wanted to know what the hype was all about. The cookies look good and taste good but to me not worth the price at all. I simply asked for the I love You sticker instead for the tiny sticker they put on 6 cookie box and was told that would cost me more They were very nice about it but really its a sticker? They also did not change out their gloves very often while I waited. I probably wont be back. Kroger makes custom sugar cookies with icing that are half the price and so good!

I usually love everything I try at Crumbl but the sugar in the filling of this one wasn’t dissolved and was crunchy and unpleasant to eat…. I don’t know if it was only me or it was a bad patch

Crumbl is my favorite place to go when I splurge on a good tasty! it is so much fun never to know what the aromen of the week will be. many thanks crumbl for feeding my cookie love!

The kids working here are attentive and making cookie magic happen. I stopped by on Feb 14 and they handled the rush well and with kindness. Great job!

Not only are their cookies AH-MAZING- but their customer service has been over the top excellent as well! A shipment I was having delivered to a friend in Virginia was delayed several days by fedex- likely due to bad weather on east coast- so I called the number for crumbl shipping store on a Sunday and didn’t leave a message -but on Monday morning they saw I had tried to reach them and sent ME a text asking how they could help, and then promptly issued a refund when I explained my concerns. I will definitely order from them again!
