Dolce - Wycombe

Wonderful meal on a Saturday evening when we were staying in the area for the first time. A very welcoming atmosphere when we arrived: lots of family groups with children, all clearly enjoying their food. Service was very friendly and efficient. We shared an antipasto platter for a starter all good, and my only regret was that I hadn't ordered a plate of the arancini all to myself. For mains, we had various pasta and pizzas all very good (especially the spaghetti carbonara), and a cut above anything similar that we've had for a long time. For sweets, the tiramisu and affogato tia maria were delicious. Lovely meal, and lovely too to see an independent restaurant so busy and popular.

Always a fantastic meal at Dolce, but had the specials this time and they were spectacular. You know a restaurant is doing well when it is packed on a Thursday early evening! A real mix of customers from families to couples looked like everyone was enjoying great food with plates cleared. This is a fantastic restaurant! Great food at good value.

Great food and a lovely atmosphere. Staff are friendly and it’s kid friendly. Never hate a bathbread here

Family meal for 8 adults on Sunday which was relaxed and enjoyable. The waitresses were friendly, helpful and efficient; meanwhile the boss slaved away in the kitchen to produce delicious Italian and Sicilian food. The service could not be faulted and the bill for 8 was surprisingly less than expected. I would love to revisit soon.Lovely location looking onto village green.
