Baskin-robbins - Wyckoff

My daughter saw the Creature Creations unicorn on TV, so we came to this Baskin-Robbins to try it. Unfortunately, we were told that the staff didn’t know how to make it. Either train your employees properly or stop advertising it.

My daughter saw a unicorn creature on television and wanted to come to this Baskin-Robbins. However, I think they might not know how to train their employees properly or how to advertise effectively.

I don’t have much good to say about this restaurant. The space felt very cramped, and the staff was rude and off-putting. I also felt like the treatment I received as an African-American was noticeably different from that of the Caucasian customers. There was no warm welcome, no offers of assistance, and no expressions of gratitude. I will definitely not return, even though I live in Wyckoff.

The ingredients were excellent. The ice was delightful, perfectly chilled and with just the right texture. The service was quick and friendly.
