Waitrose Cafe - Wychavon

While shopping at Waitrose, we decided to grab a quick late lunch. We ordered 2 egg and bacon muffins and 2 flat whites. The food selection wasn't as extensive as it used to be, but it was decent. The service was friendly and attentive. The muffins were tasty, although we wished they had more bacon in them. The flat whites were okay. Overall, it was a good experience.

I went shopping and decided to grab a quick coffee at a Waitrose store. However, when I asked for the coffee at the checkout, the cashier was extremely rude and seemed to think I was in the wrong place. They shouted at me, telling me that I needed to request the coffee before paying. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Waitrose. If the staff are going to treat customers who ask for coffee like this, maybe it's better to stop offering the service for free. My family and I will definitely not be going back to this rude store. They really need to train their staff to be more courteous.

They have specials and deals that make it easy to mix things up for everyday meals. Parking is simple with plenty of space, but it is paid parking.
