Lotus House - Wychavon

Everytime I seem to ring this place I’m put on hold and forgotten about and if I go in store the woman’s always really rude. Not even good food to make the service worth it!

Food is awful, it used to be so good, really gone down the pan now, guess it's profit over quality.

The rice noodles in the Singapore rice noodles looked like average noodles. Not exactly thin just thinner than the normal chow mein and tasted like curry and salt were the only spices used to cook it. Even though I asked for it to be made extra spicy i reckon there wasn’t even a pinch of chilli in it! The ribs were unappealingly huge and the bbq sauce looked nothing like bbq and had tiny white dots in it.basically taste like watery brown sugar and even while the “ribs” were submerged in sauce the middle was very dry

Excellent Chinese takeaway. My family and I had the best Chinese tonight,the delivery was quick,the food was piping hot and everything fresh...highly recommended

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Ordered online, waiting for delivery to be called an hour later to confirm address. After explaining to two different members of staff I was then told my order would be another 45/60 minutes. I explained I'd been waiting an hour already and it wasn't good enough, to be then hung up on! Shocking way to treat a customer. Wouldn't recommended.
