So disgustingly rude. The lady who works there for super rude towards me and my friends. Literally threw a cup of water at my friend.. Get a better management and better staff.

Lady working was extremely rude and served customers with an attitude. really explains why there was 2 pennies in the tip jar lol.

It was kind of slow service but Covid times... I guess everyone's having trouble. That being said, the food was good, the coffee hot and can you really ask for more from Dunkin' Doughnuts? I mean, you want a good back massage, you got to find yourself a Tim Horton's. Those Canadians will do anything to be polite...

I ordered on the app twice for a latte and both times it tasted like water. When I called to ask why, they explained the espresso machine was broken but did not tell me and instead gave me glorified water and milk drink.
