Landhaus Schonebeck - Wuppertal

For years we have been enjoying the excellent service and food. 27 years ago our wedding was celebrated there and have followed the great development over the years.

In addition to the regular ticket, seasonal dishes such as as asparagus, pawlings or wild are also offered and provide a culinary variety. In addition, this restaurant has a pleasant, personal, almost family atmosphere where the wonderful boss and friendly staff have a large share.

A great discovery in Wuppertal. The Landhaus Schönebeck is welcoming: a chef who receives her guests radiantly, a friendly and attentive service, a beautiful terrace under chestnuts and cozy rooms. The card is versatile and the prices are pleasant. And at the latest when you taste the first dishes, lovingly dressed and served, you are finally convinced. Here are professionals at work. A feast for eyes and palates: the dishes are delicious, the sauces are heavenly, the salads are crisp and original, and even very hungry guests are filled. So there are them, the good German cuisine!

Nice ambiente, friendly reception. we were there quite early, so many free tables. Drinks came fast, that also after a very short waiting period.The matjes of my wife were very good, and especially plentiful. my kartoffel gratin with pfifferlingen was not so great, quite bitter in taste and a bit burned. my note about the question whether it tasted was apparently ignored as I did not receive any reaction.After the restaurant fills up to the last place, the service reads proportionally to the number of guests - should be called, the services no longer came after. Despite empty glasses, no one took care of us so that we had to ask at the theke for the bill.In total, however, satisfying, since the price/performance ratio is correct and no gourmet kitchen awaits here.
