We arrived at allowing hours for dinner before the beginning of the show. As we sat down, one member of our group pointed out that meeting early would allow for a leisurely course dinner with ample time for coffee, for those wishing to have one. Nonetheless, soon enough we found out, that there will be barely time for a main, as our drinks order alone took well over half an hour to arrive. Indeed, after a couple of reminders, our food finally arrived one and half hours after we've placed our order which also seemed to be the perfect time to ask to the bill, as we didn't want to risk running late to the theatre, seeing how long it took to be served with the drinks and food. As for the food itself, let's just say that it was nowhere worth the wait. Apart from the Schnitzel, which seems to quite good, all the rest, was on the smallish side and substandard in comparison to price range of this place. The salads were small and unattractive and so was the signature 'brotzeit' plate. This plate consisted of small cheese cubes smothered in oil, which could have been the house brand of any discounter supermarket chain, instead of it being a fine piece of regional cheese as the menu promised. The sausage was also served as a cut salad, with too much onions no points for guessing which is the cheaper ingredient. One Brezel and one thin slice of bread more bread was, naturally, priced separately. All and all, simply disappointing! Needless to say, no apology or explanation was given for the whole situation, as the waiting staff attened the table with a 'can't really be bothered...' expression on their faces. Conclusion: Avoid if you can, especially before shows, or as a large group
We sat in this restaurant as a group of people, chose this place for a dinner before dinner before they were close to the luisenburg open air for a show (in a minute walk from this place). as we have set ourselves, a member of our group has pointed out that this would make it possible early for a cozy dinner with a lot of time for coffee, for those who want one. However, we soon found out enough that there will be hardly any time for a head, as our soaking order lasted over half an hour alone to arrive. in the did, after a few memories, our eating came finally one and half hours after our order (which also was the perfect time to ask the bill, as we do not risk running late into the theater, seeing how long it took to be served with the drinks and foods) regarding eating itself, we simply say that it was not worth waiting. next to the carving that seems quite good, the rest on the small side and sub standard was compared to the price class of this place. the salads were small and unattractive and so was the signature brotzeit' plate. this plate consisted of small cheese cubes that were crushed in oil that could have been the home brand of any discounter super market chain, instead of it a fine piece regional cheese, as promised by the menu. the sausage was also served as a cut salate, with too much swashing (no points for the guess that is the cheaper ingredient.) a spelt and a thin broth piece (more broth was of course priced separately) everything and everything, simply disappointing! Of course, no excuse or explanation was given for the whole situation, as the waiting staff did not really harass the table with a dose. print on her faces. Conclusion: they avoid whether they can, above all, show, or as a large group.
We came to this restaurant in Luisenburg, and the food was fresh and very tasty. nicole, the waitress was very friendly and generous, she wore a very beautiful dress typical of the region. the decorations were very nice, cozy and typical, the restaurant was. also a hotel. a very good value for money.
The service was good, the starters were excellent and the main course was fantastic. the service is very good and they will take care of here by the employees.
We sat as a group of 10 people in this restaurant and chose this place for an evening meal in front of the theater before we started a show to the nearby luisenburg open air (which is 10 minutes away from this place.) we arrived at 18 clock and allowed us 2:30 hours for dinner before the start of the show. Nevertheless, we quickly realized that for a main dish there will be hardly any time, as our drink order has taken us well over half an hour. in fact, after a few memories our food finally arrived one and a half hours after our order (which also seemed the perfect time to ask for the bill because we didn't want to risk coming too late? theater to see how long it took until the drinks and the food were served.) regarding the food itself, we simply say that this has not been rewarded. Apart from the carving that seems quite good, the rest was rather small and below average compared to the price class of this place. the salads were small and unattractive and so was the typical "bread time" cellar. this teller consisted of small cheese cubes embroidered in oil, which could have been the home brand of any discounter supermarket chain, rather than as the menu promised a fine piece of regional cheese. the sausage was also served as a cut salat, with too much swirling (no points to guess which is the cheaper ingredient.) a brezel and a thin slice of brot (more brot was calculated naturally separately.) all in all simply disappointing! for the whole situation there was of course no excuse or explanation, as the waiter with a "not really disturbing..." expression in the whole situation. Conclusion: avoid when they can, especially before shows or as a large group.
