La Fenice - Würzburg

The food was excellent the service was also wonderful. this place belongs italian, which gives the restaurant authenticity. we ordered a pizza, pasta an antipasti. all these were extremely tasty, we have nothing to complain about.

Very beautiful place a stone throw from the residence. completely from local menus in English and waiter in the position to communicate. nice eating, cheap.

Not sure that these people like tourists who are good, but we have a good time and enjoyed our meal. our group tried the pizza and lasagne. were large and the food was good. our hotel was close, so this was a convenient stop when we arrived in the city.

We found eating too expensive, cold, badly cooked and without Italian authenticity. when we informed the personal of our dissatisfaction, her attiude was unbelievable. I have never received such a terrible customer service in a German (or Italian) restaurant. the type that said he was the owner, alexandro, he could not take care of what we thought because he already has so much money that our opinion was not important as tourist! we have been stunned by his rudeness and hope that others will take our experience to know before sharing with their hard-earned money.

I went there with some friends (all from Italy) with such an enormous desire of having finally a real Italian pizza. Fail!! First of all there is not a big choice among pizzas, then prices are too high considering the small size of the dish....Oil is everywhere and the dough is like chewing gum. The staff is ok, someone is really funny while others are completely without personality. I left this place with hunger and still my desire of a pizza. I won't come again.
