Cafe am Dom - Würzburg

This is a nice caffe, but the roasted sandwiches were quite dry, there was a good selection of cakes on the display though. the personal was nice.

Very fast and friendly service. my server changed to English when she realized that I fought in German! the egg I was served was excellent. I would definitely come back here.

Although it was a Saturday and with summer weather, I had no difficulty dressing a table in caffe. service was timely and friendly, although the caffe was pretty busy. the choice of cake and baked is extensive, the coffee tasty, and the ambiente. invites you to stay. the caffe is just a few steps away from the cathedrale, so a perfect place for a break and a delicious piece of cake.

Having toured the Residenz and Dom, this cafe provided a good place for a beer and a coffee. Situated on a corner just below the cathedral, it's a choice spot to watch the trams and the world pass by.

Cafe am Dom has a prime location! It is easy to locate being right in front of the Cathedral. If you sit outside you have a great view of the cathedral and surrounding downtown area. The staff seemed friendly and quick, I ordered an After...8 Ice Cream which is mint ice cream with chocolate. The ice cream dishes in Germany are always the best, and this was as good as many others I've had. There are also pastries and cakes to order along with coffee and other drinks. In Wurzburg, there are cafes and ice cream shops on every corner, which is a good problem to have!
