Hotel-Restaurant Mennicken - Würselen

Of course our favorite. Mrs Offermanns always makes it possible for us to get a table. We were never rejected. Smaller family celebrations have always been treated perfectly. A funeral coffee was made perfect. The food is always super tasty, there were never complaints on our site. The staff is super friendly and the boss or boss always ask if everything is okay. We go back and forth.

Was with friends at the Restaurant Mennicken on Saturday night the restaurant was very crowded we were kindly greeted and were taken to a free table. We had ordered mussels, we didn't have to wait long before it was, a little greeting from the kitchen, that was a Broccoli snack tasted very good. The dishes were excellent, the waiting period for the food did not last long. We definitely come back it was very nice it was a nice evening

We are regular guests in Mennicken and so far we have always liked it. Yesterday, Easter Sunday we were on 12.45. Unfortunately, the inclusion of ships has taken too long. Due to the strong customer frequency, we also have a great understanding with 9 people. Apparently there was no fixed assignment of the waiters. Only after repeated complaints could we be served at 14.15. Despite good tips we were not offered coffee etc. We understand that the BÄR goes on these days, but the staff should be trained and guests with small children should be served preferentially. As a rule, just put the disappointment away and don't go anymore, but... I think the Mennick deserves to know that so the staff is better divided.

We planned my birthday party in the restaurant and could make the champagne reception on the terrace despite other agreements. when we came to eat in the reserved room, we were delighted by the flower decoration and the table decoration. the service forces have exemplary behavior when serving drinks and eating. the eating a al carte came quickly and there were no gaps. the quality of the various eating was very good. we were super happy with the birthday party and can recommend restaurant mennicken no matter which occasion only.
