This is my second time going to this location in the last two weeks, both of my experiences have been bad! Last week I arrived at 7:50 and I’m assuming it was the manager working, she was the only one there and it took her forever to even greet me and the order took even longer. I attempted to order a Greek yogurt bowl but she told me the refrigerator was not working so they had no yogurt bowls. I ended up ordering something else. Today upon arriving, I stood in line for five minutes and three employees looked at me, kept working and didn’t even greet me at all. I decided to walk right out. I will not spend my money in a place where I can’t get greeted. I sat in my car and watch them do the same thing to the lady that was behind me. I’am very disappointed with both of my visits and I will never return to this store! By the way this store also needs to cleaned. Since I had time on my hands to look around it’s dirty dust everywhere. There was a dead fly stuck on the dust on the hanging light which was over the power supplements that had no tops on them. I can’t imagine what’s being mixed in those smoothies. It’s a hard NO for me!
This is the ugliest, nastiest, Tropical Smoothie place I’ve ever been. Usually it looks clean, professional, friendly employees. But this place has none of that. It’s sad because this is the closest tropical smoothie store near us. I will try it one more time but if it’s still the same we are not coming back. Employees lack of motivation.
I love the smoothies but the customer service At the store and all of the Winston-Salem ones is absolutely atrocious. I don’t normally write reviews but it’s Consistently the same long wait times and unhappy employees. I would think corporate would take notice.
Went for the first time today and waited 15 minutes in line before anyone acknowledged the line of people waiting. Two people left the store while waiting, when finally helped it took 30 minutes to get 2 smoothies. The store did appear under staffed and overwhelmed by the app orders arriving. The smoothie was in the end delicious, management needs to possibly address staffing.
