This location is beyond terrible,.you place your order at the drive thru . Opening the bag is like opening a box of chocolates, You never know who's order your receiving,and the managers , Don't even care, and there attitudes says it all.If you like to have your food replaced over and over for free, Please visit this location.but your order still will not be right.I wish anyone that chooses to try this location ,, GOOD LUCK,,, Because that's what your gonna need to get your order right. Go in early 5am morning, guaranteed to mess the order up and then replace it over and over for free with an attitude.Ordering from this location,is like getting free food for life, except you have to accept, The fact,that it's somebody's else order, you just received. As of April 3,2024,This Bojangles was RE INSPECTED and went from an 87 to a 85.5,This sanitation inspection was worst than the last one,Did they not clean up in preparations for this past inspection,evidently not,because your rating is lower now, than it was a month ago.This Bojangles has a (B rating from the health department,When a restaurant receives a (B rating, this means the restaurant did not meet. Stood in there for 10 minutes. Never took our order or anything. Then when we decided to walk out the Hispanic lady takes the Hispanic guys order, that was standing behind us, at the window register.

We are from Cincinnati Ohio and we are driving through coming back from vacation, we decided to stop here and I'm so glad we did!! They did ring in our order wrong on accident and they were very nice and fixed it without being rude! The food was amazing, it seriously taste like a home cooked meal!! Will definitely stop in any time I'm near a location! I would be thrilled if we had one of these in Cincinnati, it would be a big hit!!

Typical wick visit. My order was correct I went through drive thru with no problems got my order quickly.

30mins waiting to get food and was giving the incorrect food.
