This is Dunkin, as if someone who has never been in a DD received a free price to open a franchise. Nothing they do makes sense. For example, for the longest time they have not paralyzed for their bagels, and now that they have it, they have not placed them for you; Instead they give you a dry, roasted bagel, and a package of gels with a plastic knife. Maybe it's not a big thing when you eat, but by the drive through what I'm going to do, pull over and spread the jelly on me? Why do you bother a passage?
The restaurant seems to have been recently renovated, and the service was quick. The food was fresh and truly one of the best meals I've had.
I arrived at the restaurant at 5 AM, but the doors were still locked. I waited patiently in my car until someone finally opened the door. Once inside, a woman at the register told me to wait a moment. I sat down and used the Wi-Fi for about five to ten minutes. I then overheard some confusion among the staff regarding their arrival times. When I noticed another customer come in and get coffee, I went back to the register and waited patiently. Unfortunately, the woman ignored me while she was busy arranging donuts, and despite my presence for about 20 minutes, it seemed like she didn't notice me. Frustrated, I decided to just leave.
It would be better if they provided you with the correct order. Maybe it would help if they learned some English to better understand customers when they place their orders.
