I understand that when you go into a restaurant with a bigger party that there are going to be delays, but when it takes 90+ minutes to get a hotdog for your kid and most of the other orders come out wrong, there?s something not right. The chef made substitutions without asking the customer what they wanted thus increasing wait time for low quality food. $10 for a cheeseburger that was a meat patty from Sam?s club, plus bland, supposedly seasoned, fries shouldn?t take nearly 2 hours to get. The ribs seemed like they were from an instant pot and definitely not worth the price. The pulled pork was inedible because it was all fat. The red beans and rice were from a bag of uncle Ben?s, and overall it just was very disappointing. We spent well over $200 and no one finished their plates. Definitely won?t be going back.
I have had the pork steak, pork tenderloin and ribs. I typically do not like ribs, but Chef T, has changed my mind (I only like his ribs)! Great food, friendly staff and they are always doing whatever they can to accommodate the customers. Fun place to eat. They have smoked a brisket and ribs for my daughters birthday, and EVERYONE loved the food. Love his hamburgers (no they are not from Sams Club as someone indicated)
This is a hidden gem just off Highway 70 at the WrightCity, MO exit. Talk with the chef/ owner, learn about daily specials, have an adult beverage, and dine inside or outside as you enjoy an absolutely delicious meal. Everything is fresh and cooked to order. The establishment is very clean and decorated with a cool vibe that appeals to diners. Chef T, Thomas White, is hands on and very personable. This is a veteran owned business rising and shining, serving customers with 5 start meals consistently.
Ran into Chef T while I was standing next my my motorcycle stretching. Asked if he was hungry and said he?d open shop for me. Great guy great food!
