Sheikh Balti House - Wrexham

We placed our order at 6:45, but our food did not arrive until 8:45. When we called to inquire about our order, the woman we spoke to was unhelpful. When the order finally arrived, it was missing items. After contacting them again, we were told a driver would bring the missing food, but they never showed up. We have not received a refund. The food we did receive was average in quality.

I have been a customer of this restaurant for the past four years, but in the last three orders, items were missing. The first time, I thought I would receive a refund, but it never came. The second time, many items were missing and still no refund. The third time, items were missing again and I couldn't get any help from them, as they kept hanging up the phone. The chef online was also unhelpful. I will now take my business elsewhere as I have lost a lot of money in the last three deliveries. I tried to support a local business, but this is unacceptable. Additionally, the vegetable curry side dish is nothing more than soup from a can.

I had a great dinner at the restaurant. I ordered a Balti and a Masala, and they came with complimentary poppadum and dips, which was a nice touch.

I have ordered from here for many years, Lovely fresh food, great service. Always receive little extras. Sooo worth the money

Always a very warm and friendly welcome In Person or over the phone, we had the food delivered tonight on time piping hot everything we ordered was beautiful, highly recommended .
