Mcdonald's - Wrexham

Ordered a breakfast for delivery by Uber at 7.25am order arrived at 8.33am stone cold and totally inedible. I work from home every now and then and thought i would treat myself to a McDonalds delivery service. Wish i hadn't bothered as stated above food was cold, i have no idea when i live 2 miles away how it took an HOUR to be delivered the food was obvisouly cooked when the order was placed and just sat around, even my hot drink was tepid. Complained to Uber total waste of time as they think its acceptable to deliver cold food, waste of money, lesson for today?? go to Greggs instead it seems as their sales have soared and they have overtaken McDonalds in the breakfast front your much better off spending your money there, i won't be using this service again as this isn't the first time i have had sub-standard food.

Very disappointed, we ordered for 4 of us the young girl who served us looked like she knew what she was doing until our food arrived and half the order was missing. We spoke to a ethnic origin girl who was rambling on about Sugar Tax. So any drinks you order with your food is done separately because they add Sugar Tax fee. Basically ripping you off. So on top of what we paid which was £22 we had to pay an extra £8 for the rest of our order. We asked to speak to a Manager only to find it was another young uneducated girl who had no idea what she was doing. She was very rude. Our Chicken strips were under cooked and it's not the first time this as happened and their very lucky I didn't have food poisoning as I would of sued owing to the fact I'm immuno suppressed. This place is being run by kids. And I won't be returning. Check your receipts people and your food whether it's been cooked tidy.

Came here with the family for a “good” lunch however all staff were like headless chickens, specifically young boy with black hair, giving me daggers for pointing out the bit of mould on my chip . Honestly. Did he want me to die? appalled with the service i got, obviously didn’t ask to be treated like royalty but i also didn’t ask for the moon . upset kids, who didn’t get toys in happy meals, had to basically beg for them, where are they raiding them? also can someone from head office explain the awful stench which goes beyond the womens bathroom, this is beyond vile

All the food that we did receive (only part of our £35 order was cold .. flat coke and no dips or straws the worst meal I have ever had and McDonalds newbridge is by far the worst one in the Caerphilly area avoid at all costs shocking

Never tasted chips like that in my life was about ordered at 13:17 worst chips ever and the cola needs changed
