Uno Pizzeria Grill Wrentham

Our pizza came out very undercooked; it was still dough in the center. We sent it back. The second pizza came out exactly the same way. We did not have time to wait for another to be remade, so we opted to just eat what we could. The manager offered us a free dessert, which we refused. We ended up paying full price, with no adjustment to the bill (we had a soup that she could have removed from the bill, but didn’t) for an undercooked, mediocre tasting pizza. Very disappointing. I will not return to this location.

The chicken was burned. I was disappointed I had not been to a uno in a long time.

Worst experience ever. Open table for 545. Wasnt acknowledged until 6. Ordered at 615. Food arrived at 640pm. And my deep dish was raw in the middle. Will not be going back. Period. They would be better off as take out only. Cracker Barrel was jammed. The manager never even bothered to apologize.

We needed quick service since we were heading to the theater afterwards. The staff was very friendly. The broccoli arrived cold, but it was promptly replaced with a fresh order.
