Sadly Donatos is somewhere I like to eat when I come back to Columbus. Not anymore. Last 2 times have been a pitiful experience. Even worse when you brag about to someone who has never had it then get embarrassed. Leaving an extortion tip before getting your food is a bad Idea

It’s just not worth going into detail with this place. Just don’t go here. A disappointing experience every time is all you need to know.
Online ordering pretty easy. Delivery time good. Friend's Big Don sub was fine but gf margherita pizza was terrible. It was very soggy, tomatoes mushy, cheese minimal, basil negligible and they did not put on mushrooms I added and paid for. I was really disappointed. I had such high hopes ... but another expensive miss.
Worse experience ever.cant through to them, they have a call center through India people. The main store just rings then hangs up
