Worthing Kebab House And Pizza

I have been ordering food, and always paid! from Worthing kebab centre for years! Ever since the main man left charcoal grill in worthing (when I was in high school roughly 18years ago!! and moved to Worthing kebab centre! The ATM machine swallowed my bank card tonight. I explained the situation to a member of staff over the phone and to the lady delivery driver…who said they don’t give food out for free, understandable and wasn’t asking for free food!I explained that I have been ordering food from them for many of years, to which they acknowledged! I explained that I would go into the shop in the morning and pay for the order via cash if that was ok, which I was told it wasn’t! A kind member of staff where I was staying that night offered to lend me £10 for the order so the food wasn’t wasted, which I was very grateful for. I rang Worthing kebab centre back and apologised for the confusion and told them I have £10 for the order and could they send the delivery driver back, which they did! On the re-arrival of the lady delivery driver I apologised and told her I had £10 which a kind person had lent me. The delivery lady rudely told me the order was £11.50…charging me £1.50 for some raw onion on my chips!! and told me I was taking the f*cking p*ss by telling her I only have £10!! My order only came to £10 if they hadn’t of charged me £1.50 for abit of raw onion on my chips!! After all the years of being a loyal customer and can honestly say in all these years the only kebab house I have ordered from is Worthing kebab centre i will never order from here again after the way the delivery lady spoke to me tonight! I understand you don’t give food for free and wasn’t asking for free food!! The tips I have given this kebab house over the years would be enough to feed an army!! I’m sure you won’t go out of business by me no longer ordering food from you but I can assure you, you have lost a very loyal and good customer tonight after the way the delivery driver spoke to me! Thanks for the service over all these years but never again will I order from here. Happy new year!

Food was poor chicken looked out of colour driver just left food outside the door then left without knocking so food was stone cold Poor customer service and no interest in our frustation to the thoughts on there service Rude staff Would definitely not reccommend

My pizzas were greasy and stale. Smelled really bad. I ordered one pepperoni and a BBQ chicken pizza. The pepperoni one was okay/edible 2out of 5, but the BBQ one didn’t even had BBQ or chicken on it. When I called the restaurant the girl said she will have a word with the chef and hung up?! No refund or compensation offered whatsoever and I paid almost £20 for something that cannot be consumed? I will never order from here again.

Customer service here is shocking, especially by the young girl who regularly answers the phone. Rank! The guys are usually all ok and polite the food is usually ok, tonight I am shocked! Haha DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS KEBAB HOUSE UNLESS YOU'RE REALLY PISSED AND DONT MIND DEALING WITH A RUDR LITTLE GIRL

The restaurant offers a large and diverse menu with all dishes prepared well and delicious. The staff is helpful and I especially enjoyed the yoghurt drink. I highly recommend trying The Pink Lady.
