Texas Pizza - Worthing

The restaurant had rude and unpleasant staff who tried to overcharge me by an extra £2 for something I didn't order. I will definitely avoid this place in the future due to the negative experience.

They claimed they delivered food at 2am when we ordered at 11pm. No food. And who would take 3 hours to deliver pizza. We called to arrange a refund as no food arrived. He said that we were liars and even tried to depute the amount we paid even though we said we were happy to show bank statements. Man on phone so rude, muttered something about it being 2022 and hung up.

I recently ordered a pizza from Texas Pizza and was satisfied with the food quality. However, I was extremely disappointed by the behavior of the delivery driver who brought me my order along with a Diet Coke. I have a ring doorbell camera and after reviewing the footage, I was horrified to see the driver rubbing the neck of the bottle against his chin and then rubbing the bottle between his buttocks. This unsanitary and inappropriate behavior has made me lose all trust in Texas Pizza. Despite providing video evidence to the shop, they have shown no interest in addressing the issue. As a result, I will not be ordering from Texas Pizza again.

Tasty pizza for a low price what's not to like , you can get an 18inch pizza for £12 99 and pick it up from the pub on the way home. Obviously it's not going to be gormet it's a fast food pizza place but it's my favourite pizza takeout in Worthing.

After ordering a pizza which was meant to Come with an egg, (shows it on there menu).. when it arrived it didn’t have an egg and called up and told them and basically had the phone put down twice on me.. the pizza was Shockingly bad and customer service is non existent.. rude, RUDE and RUUUDDEEEE!! Never will I order or recommend this place.
