The restaurant itself was quite comfortable with ample seating, which was nice. I was a bit concerned about the payment situation, as they didn't accept card payments. I wanted to ensure I had enough cash on me before placing my order. When I received the price for my meal, I realized that I had been informed of the total before the 10% discount for takeout was applied. After finishing my meal, I asked about the discount, but when the same amount was quoted to me, I questioned it. I disagreed with the price, and upon recalculating, I found that my total was actually 75p more than what I had originally been told. It seemed that the staff member had entered my order incorrectly and didn’t refer to the menu for accurate pricing. I noticed she charged me 50p more than I expected, but I decided to go along with it. When I paid, the girl tossed my change on the counter without a word, and I barely heard her mumble a "thank you" as an afterthought. She seemed oblivious to the idea that "the customer is always right." I have to say I was not impressed with their customer service skills. When we got home and unpacked the food, I discovered two portions of chips that I hadn't ordered. I initially worried that I had received the wrong order, but everything else was correct, along with the two chapatis. It seems the cook may have misread the order! Chapatis are £1 each, while the chips are £2.50, which explained why the prices didn’t match up. Overall, while there were a few hiccups, my curry was so delicious that I would definitely consider ordering from them again. However, I will make sure to double-check my order before leaving next time.

I was really impressed with my experience. As someone who avoids milk, I appreciated how helpful the staff was in explaining the different curries and what could be made dairy-free for me. The server took the time to check on ingredients and made some great suggestions. The curry was absolutely delicious, full of flavor. I will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic dining experience! The gluten-free options were excellent, and the delivery was quick and efficient. The service was outstanding as well.
