I ordered an aromatic crispy duck and a large crispy spring roll. When I received my order, the duck was soggy and not crispy at all, and the spring roll was cold and not crispy either. The taste was unpleasant, so I didn't even try the duck because I wasn't sure if it was cooked properly. They did send another duck, but by then the moment had been ruined and my money was wasted. They should have ensured that everything was cooked properly the first time. This is not the first time I have had issues with their food, so I will think twice before ordering from here again.
