Beaumont Fish - Worthing

This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. My friend worked there for over a year, so I had high hopes. We ordered kids nuggets and chips, a kids burger and chips, two Tango drinks, and had to pay extra for sauce in our burger. The delivery driver arrived and claimed he didn't have our food because he thought it was funny. When we finally received our order, the chips were freezing cold and the burger had no salad or sauce, despite paying for it. We also received the wrong drinks - two bottles of water instead. When we called to complain, they said they would send out another order free of charge, but then the driver asked for £3 for no apparent reason. When we opened the second order, it was still wrong - only the burger had salad and no sauce, and the chips were missing for the nuggets. We never received our drinks either. The customer service was terrible, with the staff speaking over us and not listening to our complaints. They even tried to claim that the kids burger doesn't come with salad, even though we knew better. I would strongly advise against ordering from this restaurant.

The service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. We ordered a mixed kebab for 6pm, but it arrived on time without the pittas. After two phone calls and a 30 minute wait, the missing items were finally delivered. However, everything else in our order was cold. There was no apology for the inconvenience. In the future, we will be looking for a different restaurant to order from.

This fish bar is a hidden gem with fantastic staff who are friendly and attentive. The grilled Octopus was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. It was served with a side of salad and the best chips I've ever had. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant since I am a local.

They gave me wrong food then sent out more and it was all wrong then made me pay when the food was wrong already?

I can't fault the lovely staff, always cheerful and friendly. I had an OAP Cod Chips which I collected. Tonight was the second time I've been sorely disappointed with my food. The chips were fine but the cod had obviously sat in the heated cabinet for ages it was so dry and I could hardly scrape it from the batter. Most of it went in the bin. Sorry Beaumonts this is the second time I've had this problem. I know Friday is a very busy time but I would still like to enjoy a nice piece of moist cod with chips from you. Sorry to complain but felt you needed to know. If I come to order again I'll have to ask for a freshly cooked piece of fish.
