Akash Tandoori - Worthing

This curry restaurant is fairly average. It's not the best, but it's also not the worst. I tried the dansak and it was alright.

I have never had food this delicious before in my life. I highly recommend everyone to try the amazing dishes at this restaurant. I will definitely be ordering from Akash again. Their customer service is top-notch. Thank you, Akash!

Sorry but it has to be said. The food was ordered on line for collection. First shock, charged 10p for a bag? Since when did a take away charge for the bag. Second shock 50p service charge. Not a lot but a sneaky way to increase the bill. Ready when I went to collect it and then see I should have had a 10% discount for collection as the order was over £20.00 before the addons. I really did not have the will to complain. On getting home (3 min walk) we find the whole meal apart from the naan was luke warm, verging on cold. The vegetable curry was tasteless and had no heat. We may try again, ordering on the phone in the hope it will be freshly made and hot

21/3/24 just had a tasty Takeaway, delivered promptly, piping hot and full of flavour. Thanks to the Guys at Akash
