Despite order...and pay for two regular pizzas we also became a regular and a small one. both pizzen should have a tomato sauce and violife cheese topping, but while you looked out as described, the untended pizza had a kind of inconspicuous looking and tasting cheese sauce. very disappointed and shocked by the bad food and service. we are from the city and came in worcester specifically to try the vegan pizzas here, and would never again order from them after this terrible experience. if they are a vegan living in the Worcester region, they give this place a miss!
Placed an order online order time minutes. I get that. It's crazy times. Just before order was due, the order disappears off the app. Ring up. minutes later they pick up and promptly hang up when I ask about my order. Ring...back. Another minutes to get told the order is on its way. Will be another hour so nearly hours after I ordered it. Cancel the order to be told they'll ring back in an hour or so to confirm it. I'm an emergency services worker. I've been up since this morning. I'm not waiting wither hour to get my refund with ask I wanted was a pizza and to go to bed. I'm tired and I'm hungry. Yes it's crazy times but there is no excuse for poor service, rudeness and inefficiency. Well done Pizza Hut you've lost a regular customer.
What an absolute disgusting hellhole of a restaurant. Waited ages to be seated, waited ages to be served, the chairs and table were so sticky my hair actually stuck to the top of the chair, the cutlery had been used by people that had eaten...chocolate cake of some sort and put back in the tin. And I don’t even want to know what was on the floor next to me that looked like pooh! Never again will I eat at that restaurant. people working, hardly any pizza choice, no proper plates, only the kids plastic plates so we all had to use them. My idea of hell to be honest.
Sunday night and my sons birthday party dinner. Quite chaotic. The pizza is ok but expensive for what you actually get on the plate. With so many ‘pizza’ restaurants available these days Pizza Hut need to up their game a great deal.
Because of my lactose intolerance I can't eat regular cheese, and I had problems with the van website and the allergen, but when I called the phone, the most helpful woman who helped me became a lactose. free order also answered with the delivery cars restrictions and I cannot thank her enough! I'm sorry I don't remember her names because she was an excellent, amazing customer service employee who did everything she could to help. also a thank you to the chefs who came up with a solution for my problem!
