Mcdonald's - Worcester

We ordered food for four people through Just Eat. Unfortunately, all the fries, sauces, and one drink were missing from our order. Orders should be checked before being sent out. We will not be ordering from them again.

I stopped by for a flat white cappuccino at this McDonald's. It's one of the best locations with a great atmosphere. The service was excellent and the flat white cappuccino was really good, all at a great value.

This MacDonalds has gone down hill big time! Came in for something to eat yesterday and the food took 25 minutes to arrive. A lady with blonde hair she looked young) brought our food over and basically chucked the tray onto the table!! Whether she was in a bad mood or had poor customer service ..there was no need for the way she acted! MacDonalds really need to sort their staff out!! To top it all off the food was stone cold! If I wanted frozen ****..I'd go to Iceland!

McDonalds delivery doesn’t work. Ordered food through the McDonald’s app to be delivered by Uber Eats. The delivery was due to arrive at 7:30pm but at 7.45pm I had a message saying the food was delivered . Reported this to McDonald’s to be told I have to chase the refund through Uber Eats. I did this and still am waiting for not only a refund but contact to discuss the issue. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with the McDonald’s delivery, twice before I’ve had meals arrive with food missing, one occasion was actually 2 sausage muffins short. I’m sick to death of McDonald’s just shrugging their shoulders at problems, I didn’t choose to use Uber Eats as a conveyancer, it was McDonald’s choice to employ them therefore the issue should lay with McDonald’s. When the app works, it works well. But when you have an issue, it feels like your custom and loyalty no longer matters as they already have your money. Absolutely disgusted McDonald’s. Could someone from head office Feel free to contact me, I’m looking forward to discuss with you in length the issues I’ve experienced.

Had a meal delivered , as usual no dips supplied even though they are part of the chicken nugget offering . Not the first time it's happened but thought i would give them one more chance.
