This decision was mostly due to the additional delivery fee that Domino's started charging. While the pizzas at Domino's were always decent, we didn't find them to be particularly outstanding.
The service at this restaurant is extremely poor. The staff is unfriendly and rude, making it not recommended for anyone. The pizza did not live up to the photos - the cheeseburger pizza was missing toppings and had sauce on top, while the pepperoni pizza was burnt and dry. The delivery driver couldn't find my address, making me walk to another street to collect my poor quality pizza (even though the address is easily accessible). Overall, a terrible experience and a disgrace to the business. I would rate it a 1 out of 5, there is no option for a lower rating.
I ordered two large pizzas from Domino's and I am shocked at how much the quality has declined. I was extremely disappointed in the pizzas, as they seemed to be made with cheap ingredients. It looked like whoever made them didn't put much effort into it and just threw the ingredients on top before baking. I was truly surprised and not satisfied with my experience.
How can any pizza shop charge what they do. I went to Tesco today and purchased 3 top notch pizzas for £12. They was lovely. I am happy to order chinese, indian etc, although still over priced but nice. The big boys of pizza need to start realising that folk are beginning to realise that its a lot of money for not a lot of skill or ingredient.
Cookies were Raw and the food was overpriced, pizza tasted good but wasnt the best. The cutting was rubbish and had to do it myself.
