Scruffy Murphys - Worcester

Went there at 8pm ignored by the waitress (2 AM Bartender). Asked for a menu she said Ya and ignored us for another 10 minutes. Ready to order she never came back then asked the other short blond bartender to order she did then everyone ignored us for 1/2;hr. Got a second drink but had to ask. Food came it was cold the humus platter came with a sub roll. Another 1/2 being ignored not a single check in about the food. Had seafood platter mash potatoes no gravy orbutter and carrots from a can. Asked to pay and get a box for the non humus platter. Waitress (2am Bartender) brought bill then ignored me to get a box, had to ask the kid serving the food to get a box. Mind you bartender was at the endof the bar ignoring me. Worst service ever, will never go back and have an issue being treated this way. I?m in the military and have traveled the world and this type of service is shameful?..I didn?t even take the leftovers. Don?t gohere and be ignored.

This place has been blacklisted in our house hold. First time ordering from Scruffys and needless to say I am beyond disappointed. The food was unpresentable and unappetizing. As soon as I opened the container of food I noticed the Meatloaf was dry. The menu advertised golden brown onion rings and the meal brought two onion rings. The Asparagus was gross and slimey and very mushy. The food was cold despite picking up the food at the predicted time. All around gross.

Food was good, service too.. tried the prime rib and all u can eat Tuesday taco. Everything was delicious. We also tried the calamari, which I would say were ok.. not sure I would reorder them, and for dessert a cooled cookie topped with icecream! All plates averages 15$. I would definitely recommend

Pretty good food. Love the bourbon steak tips, but would like it if they had a larger portion of rice pilaf. Never big enough. I always end up having to order a separate side of rice. Love the fajitas, needs 6 wraps though, not 4. Four isn't enough. Need to book Sean Ryan to play more though. He's a good singer and guitar ???? player.

Great food! Awesome atmosphere! Excellent service! Pizza is only $5 so you can easily go here for datenight, or just for a few drinks and great pizza! Me and my boyfriend eat here often and rarely spend more than $35!
