Ruth's Chris Steak House Worcester

Always on par with the best restaurant's anywhere, have eaten at Ruths in numerous cities and never disappoints,

The food was excellent. Unfortunately we had a party of 12 and the service was really lacking. Although it seemed they initially assigned a couple of servers to the table, there was really only one working with us. There were multiple missed drink orders and several items we ordered never came to the table. We were at the restaurant over 3 hours waiting between courses which was obsessive. Location, food, and ambiance were what we would expect from Ruth Chris, but for the money we paid the experience could have been better.

The creamed spinach is just not good. Earthy taste. Steaks are overpriced for what you get. The bar staff was great though.

Very impressed with the overall visit to Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Worcester. We had a reservation for 6p and were seated promptly. Our server, Heather, was phenomenal. She checked in with us often and was extremely friendly and attentive. The food was all perfect from the bread to the chopped salad to the bone in ribeyes and the bone in filet. The steaks were all cooked exactly as ordered, The sides au gratin potatoes and brussel sprouts were delicious. Cannot wait for the next occasion when we visit this location!
