Chuan Shabu - Worcester

I went to this restaurant for the first time last night with my daughter and her boyfriend, and Vermont really needs a place like this! It was such a unique experience. Our waitress was training another staff member and was incredibly knowledgeable about all our questions. We ordered three all-you-can-eat options, which resulted in a massive amount of food. It's better to order a little at a time since they bring more once you request it. There’s a two-hour limit per table, which was just right! The selections we made were diverse; I enjoyed four types of tofu, miso broth, and plenty of veggies, while my adventurous companions opted for everything from pork and salmon to shrimp, calamari, crab legs, tripe, sausage, and lamb. There were also eight varieties of noodles and rice to choose from. Overall, this is definitely an experience I want to have again. The wine list may be short, but it’s excellent, and the martinis were fun and delicious!

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant and would definitely go back again in the future. I’m inspired to try making hot pot at home, similar to fondue. During our visit, we encountered no issues at all. The atmosphere was wonderful—classy and beautifully decorated. The service was excellent, and the place was impressively clean. Despite having a small parking lot, the restaurant was bustling and clearly doing well with their business. The food was delicious!

This place is excellent the hostesses are very friendly, and attentive. The hot pot is delicious you get to check off the vegetables seafood that you want to put in it. They serve a variety of appetizers their drinks are made to perfection. Very family, friendly, and welcoming environment. I am going to make it a family tradition, as well tell all my family friends about it.
