Kfc - Wooster

The customer service is great, the drive-through service is fairly fast, and the food is consistently good. The restaurant's remodel is impressive. The service and food continue to be excellent. Upon returning post-remodel, the service and food were very good, the dining area much improved, and I enjoyed a delicious meal at a fair price.

I don't frequent this restaurant often, so I am not familiar with their menu. However, I likely won't be returning for a while as I experienced rushed service during ordering and my requests were not listened to. The food was decent, although it may not have been exactly what I wanted, but it was acceptable.

I don't understand why people are complaining about wait times without considering the hard work put in by the staff, who are clearly stretched thin and not adequately compensated. If you think the lines are too long, why not lend a hand and see for yourself? Personally, I've always been treated well at this restaurant. The food is decent and I haven't encountered any problems.

I'm extremely happy they fixed the parking lot, but I was in there last evening and it was disgusting. Walked in and immediately started sticking to the floor. Trash all over the floor, pop spilled in front of the machine, and dirty tables everywhere, andtrash cans overflowing. Won't be going back any time soon.

Food was okay that?s what the stars are for for but the lady over the speaker was incredible rude, kept interrupting when trying to order not sure if she was having a bad day or what but besides that there was 4 cars in front of me and waited over 30minutes in line, not to mention she was rude to the man behind me. Won?t be back simply because she was rude as hell.
