Dunkin' - Wooster

Horrible experience!! Waited 20+ minutes in line only to be told the sandwich maker/oven is too far behind so we 're not serving hot food now . Too far behind so you 're just not going to serve us? So much for breakfast. Not to mention they were extremelyrude and condescending when asking questions. I will never go back to this location and never recommend it!

Would put 0 stars if I could they had to re make my coffee 3 times and still could not get it right so I had to go buy another one after throwing the all of the others away and they still could not get it right. The staff does not listen to the issues anddoes not care. they continued to give me SUGAR MILK no coffee what so ever a complete waste of my time and money paid 7$ for ahead ache. Never come to this location was the worst experience I?ve ever had at a Dunkin

I love dünkin and it is brand! but my experience today was not so pleasant. I stand here and enjoy my coffee, which was made with relatiw good operating speed, but it was only because of two employees. the rest of them just stood around and laughed for a solid 20 minutes while I waited for my coffee and then enjoyed my delicious icy mocha latte. I'm not sure why all these young kids are standing around and collecting money from the owners, but I'd crash my foot down. not the first time I'm here and have seen this. funny as it is the same brown/blond hairy girls do running gear thru and do everything. get it together.

I placed my order online as a walk-in. Get to Dunkin and the line is wrapped almost to the street… park, walk to the door and it is locked. I was on my way to work and did not have time to wait in the line to receive my order. Tried calling to get a refund and of course the phone lines are disconnected. I try to have grace as I work in retail as well, but remove the walk-in option from the app then. OR, have some way for the customers to contact the business to issue a refund.

I am rewriting this review since...well... sometimes things change. Pre-covid this was a great Dunkin to stop at. In the past 2 years I feel like this has really gone downhill. Ive had brewed black coffee that tastes bad, donuts filled with the wrong thing, rude staff, long lines, and less often a good experience. This used to be my favorite, but any more I'm only frequenting the locations in other towns.
