I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and had a disappointing experience. The first bite was good, but the second bite had a bone in it. I thought it might have been a fluke, but then I found another piece of bone in the next bite. When I mentioned this to one of the workers, they simply replied that it happens sometimes and asked if I wanted another one, as if I was the one at fault. I declined and mentioned that I had never had a buffalo chicken wrap with bones in it before. The worker apologized but did not offer a refund or any compensation. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Every time I order from this restaurant, the food is never what I ordered or it's undercooked. Considering the high prices, one would expect the food to be at least edible. I am giving one star only to leave this comment, and I will never order from here again. Taking a food order should not be so difficult, especially when everything is advertised on the menu.

The staff at this restaurant was incredibly friendly. The cheesesteaks, particularly the Philly cheesesteak, were absolutely delicious and far superior to the offerings at nearby pizza shops. My only critique would be that the prices were a bit high; the prices listed on their online menu on Google were 20-30% lower than what you actually pay in the store. This discrepancy should be addressed to avoid upsetting customers.

The pizza was delicious. It was definitely the best I had tried among all the top contenders at the site.

Guss always delivers. I adore this place, the food was delicious, and the delivery was incredibly quick! I would highly recommend it, 10/10.
