Tiny Bubbles Tea - Woodstock

Went there yesterday before the crowd hit. Had to wait over 40 minutes to get my drink. When I was finally given it I was only told 'Sorry, sometimes our machine doesn 't print out orders '. I really don 't know what to say when I put in my order BEFORE the crowd, only for the crowd to come in about 15 min after me and all of them get their drinks before me. Used to enjoy the times I 'd come here, but now I think I 'll stop coming out of my way to get tea here.
