Marco's Pizza - Woodstock

I completely understand the challenges of staff shortages, so while my pizza was over an hour late, I can't say I'm too upset about that—it's unfortunate, but it happens. What I can't overlook, though, is that it arrived completely cold. When I called to express my concern, they only offered an apology without taking any further action. That's simply unacceptable. I really enjoy Marco's pizza, but if you're looking for your order to arrive on time and warm, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I only gave an extra star because the pizza, when it does arrive warm, is quite good.

I ordered a pizza and two drinks this evening, but the driver forgot to bring the drinks and then blamed the manager for packing the order incorrectly. Having worked as a manager at Marco's, I know it’s the driver's responsibility to ensure they have the complete order before leaving. Additionally, my pizza was missing all the crust modifications I had requested. This should have been verified before the order was sent out. Management really needs to emphasize the importance of attention to detail among their staff. There is simply no excuse for my incomplete order.

I ordered four pizzas for my daughter's 3rd birthday party through curbside pickup, but when I arrived, I was given burnt pizzas. When I called the manager to address the issue, she informed me that they had switched to a different type of cheese and could only offer me more burnt pizzas. I had no choice but to throw the pizzas away and order tacos instead. Overall, I was extremely disappointed. I cannot recommend this Marco's Pizza due to their poor customer service and the quality of their food. They've lost a loyal customer for good.

I ordered from Marco?s, and I have never had an issue at any other location. I ordered two pizzas and there was a long black hair in not one but BOTH of the pizzas I ordered. I almost stopped eating completely, but decided to move to the next pizza. Turns out, it was in both. That?s disgusting, Marcos.

Just ordered 4 specialty pizza and they were all delicious! And they were delivered on time by Nick. Thanks for making a family dinner so great!
