Century House Tavern - Woodstock

Good food, slightly overpriced but it's in the middle of downtown Woodstock so to be expected. Get there early because it fills up quick!

Delicious food and great service! You can tell this is a well established and very consistent place.

First time dining here. We were a large group celebrating our daughter in laws graduation from nursing school. Excellent food. Steak fries here are simply in a class of their own. I ordered the grilled salmon sandwich with fries. Others ordered French dip sandwich and Reubens. Their steak fries knocked everyone out! We all received our food at the same time which was noteworthy for a party of 10 people. Sandwiches were perfectly done. Service was knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommend.

On my first trip to downtown Woodstock I landed at Century House for lunch. It was a rare day in Metro Atlanta sunny and warm with zero humidity, so the outdoor terrace was full. Instead of waiting for an opening, we fucked in a table. I am glad we had a reservation (Friday to Lunch! because this place was full! I ordered the beet salad (the goat cheese with grilled chicken). Delicious! My friend chose the chicken salad sandwich it was great and delicious! He came with the best riders of all times in our humble assessment! They were completely crispy and we left nothing behind. I loved this place so much I want to bring my parents here next! Sidenote: I love iced tea and Century House also has a great brew! Enjoy!
