Bojangles' Famous Chicken Biscuits

This Bojangles' is one of the best I've come across. The restaurant is clean, has a nice location, and offers a quiet atmosphere. The staff is friendly, and the place is well-maintained. The food is good for fast food, and there’s outdoor seating available. Well done!

My second attempt was equally disappointing. I went through the drive-thru, and when I mentioned I was using a coupon, the man taking my order acknowledged it and told me to pull forward for the total. He quoted me a price of $8.51 after applying the discount. Confused, I asked why the total was so high, and he explained it was because I added a drink. However, the drinks were only $2.99 each, and my total should have been around $5.52. Not only did he fail to apply the discount correctly, but he also took my coupon. I've attached pictures of the receipt and the coupon for reference. UPDATE: The franchise owner contacted me and claimed that the coupons I had were fake, which was surprising since I thought high school fundraisers were legitimate. She left a voicemail stating the coupons were not real and questioned where I got them. She mentioned she would send me some "real" coupons, but I never received anything. I won’t be returning to this location...EVER.

The staff here is outstanding, guided by an excellent manager! I visit several times a week. When the credit card machine was down, the team even offered to cover my lunch. Luckily, I was able to use the app to pay with my card. The Bo's team sets a benchmark for customer service! Additionally, I notice a significant difference in consistency between Bo's in Woodstock and Popeyes. At Bo's, every meal is consistently fantastic. In contrast, with Popeyes, it's a hit or miss—one day the food may be delicious, and the next, it's disappointing.

Dined here on a last minute decision due to the proximity of the nearby shopping. Dining area is very clean and roomy, mostly setup like family style dining booths and tables. Had to try their Famous biscuits, which was delicious and not dry compared to some other restaurants. Very friendly and efficient service. The manager on duty ensured that the food being served was above and beyond expectations. This kind of customer service is great to experience with the good quality level of food.

Marion is the greatest deserves to be General Manager! My family will not eat there unless she is working! Alan James Woodstock, GA
