Mcdonald's - Woodridge

Not every McDonald's operates the same way. I had the chance to visit this location and was very pleased with the final result. My food was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The only minor issue I had was when I ordered my fries without salt, but they resolved it promptly and without any hassle.

I often encounter issues at the drive-thru, where they frequently get my order wrong and make me feel like I’m the one who messed it up. Additionally, when it comes to distinguishing between regular and diet sodas, they always seem confused. I wish they'd simply check the taps and inform customers which one is the diet option as they hand it over. It would make things so much smoother!

My usual order here is a caramel frappe without whipped cream. It seems like the shake and frappe machines in the city are frequently broken or out of order. However, the McDonald's in the suburbs typically doesn't have this problem.
