I asked for 4 slices they were served cold not even warmed up.i felt unwelcome. You can check the cameras as soon as i got that bad service i gave a review. Service sucks great pizza
We normally love Aurelio’s, so I am hoping that today’s experience was just a bad night.We called to place our order at a busy time we were left on hold i later discovered this was because the manager just puts the phone on the counter and doesn’t come back. Our fiesta pizza wasn’t up to normal Aurelio’s standards. The crust was almost nonexistent and the cheese uneven. The pizza also seemed like it had not been cut. We have had numerous positive experiences here, so hoping this was just one bad night.
This place used to be our favorite. Unfortunately the last 3 orders we’ve placed all had issues including burned pizza and missing items. Just this evening they claim they lost the order, which was placed on their website. After the pizza was 60 minutes past the quoted delivery time, I called in to check on the status and asked how they could make things right. They would only offer a $5 discount on a future order, while this order was $100+ order and now going to be 2 hours behind schedule. Disappointed with their service and don’t plan to go back or use them again. Too many other good pizza places to support a chain with such poor service.
Pizza is a Chicago staple, great place to work. Highly recommend if you are looking for a fulfilling job working with friendly people. Owner is very kind and easy to work with.
There was a mix-up with my order that took a little longer than it should have, so my food was not hot when I got home. Other than that, it was good
